i dont know why but im feeling defeated (weight loss)
OK so the weekend before the fourth of July Clayton took me shopping to get some new clothes BC mine were getting too big. Well we went and I was all excited BC I had lost 4-5 in in my waist!!! However my weight is still the same. After washing my new shorts a couple of times I went to put them on yesterday and now they are at least 2 in too big if not more and i have yet to lose any lbs. :( I should be happy but I'm still feeling discouraged. other than my clothes being looser I can't tell any difference. it's really depressing. I have had friends tell me that I'm probably putting on muscle if so where? Next summer Clayton and I plan on having a real wedding ceremony since when we got married we just went down to the courthouse. I would love to look good in my wedding dress. For our honeymoon (we didn't go on one the last time) we plan on going to Myrtle Beach (his favorite place, Ive never been) and i would like to not worry about how i look. I was doing the 30 DS (day shred) but Ive been slacking off lately. Why is it you can do really good with a workout plan but as soon as you miss a day or two its hard to get back on track? Our eating habits have been good, we have been taking advantage of the hot weather and using the grill more, the other night we had grilled chicken (spicy mango marinade) tonight we had grilled pork chops. Tomorrow we are having turkey burgers and grilled corn on the cob. I love it when Clayton grills I don't have to cook or clean up and who doesn't like grilled food. Hopefully in the next upcoming weeks I will notice a difference. I just want my pre-mommy body back, before our vow renewal.
