Battle with T-Mobile: And the winner is.....Yours Truely

So those of you that have been following my blog know that I have been having this ongoing battle with T-Mobile. Well I called them back today and after 10 mins of me telling the representative I wanted to speak to a supervisor he finally transferred me. After telling her everything that has been going on, and about how lying to your customers isn't good customer service,and how I have paid all my bills on time and don't appreciate all this hassle I have been going through. She then told me that sometimes with extreme circumstances they can make adjustments so she put me on hold. After about 10 mins she comes back and says that she made all the necessary adjustments and my new bill is going to be 154 a month. Now thats what I'm talking about, I just don't understand why they didn't just do this in the first place. Oh well it's done and taken care of. Moral of the story just because they are a big company doesn't mean they can push you around.
